Filmmaker Roger Nygard examines "Star Trek" fanaticism around the globe in this documentary sequel. The film's quirky subjects include an Englishman who remodeled his apartment to look like the U.S.S. Enterprise, Serbia's first-ever "Star Trek" convention and the phenomenon of "Star Trek" tribute bands. Along the way, Nygard also tries to make peace with fans of the legendary sci-fi show who took offense at the original movie, and examines the less extreme end of the Trekkie spectrum.
